CJOC-FM Lethbridge wins RTDNA Award for Best Radio Newscast

Clear Sky Radio Inc. is pleased to announce that CJOC-FM Lethbridge, AB was presented with the Byron MacGregor Award for “Best Radio Newscast” at the Radio-Television Digital News Association (RTDNA) Prairie Awards Banquet held Saturday, April 25th in Saskatoon.

This award recognizes a radio station that displays overall excellence in the presentation of a regularly scheduled news broadcast. CJOC won for coverage of the 2014 Southern Alberta floods. This is the third time CJOC has been honoured, having won previously in 2009 and 2010.
